District's Bill

Rural Water District No. 1 Wabaunsee County, Kansas offers the following payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven (7) business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at the Stockgrower's State Bank, Maple Hill, KS.

Online Payment

Rural Water district No. 1 is now offering an online payment option through KanPay. KanPay accepts either credit cards or e-checks. KanPay transactions differ from normal credit card transactions in that the user is charged the transaction fee. The transaction fee is currently 2.5% of the total due for credit cards and a flat $1.50 fee on e-checks. examples
